Chicken tortilla with yogurt dressing

  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ bell pepper
  • smal handful cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp plain yogurt
  • chives
  • 240 g chicken meat
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 medium size wholewheat tortillas
  • salt and pepper
  1. Chop cucumber and bell pepper. Halve tomatoes.
  2. Mix yogurt with finely chopped chives.
  3. Cut chicken meat into chunks, season.
  4. Heat a sauce pan, add oil and cook the meat well.
  5. Divide yogurt, vegetable, and meat among tortillas. Wrap and use some toothpick or some foil to avoid filling drop out.
If using chicken meat with a skin, don't use oil - there's enough (tasty) fat in it.
