Serves: 2 - 4 portions
Ingredients
  • 60ml of a strong coffee - two espressos or one double-shot espresso
  • Whole milk
Instructions
  1. Pour espressos into ice-shaper and put it into freezer for about 3 hours.
  2. Fill your favourite glass to its one third's height and add between one quarter to one half of frozen coffee cubes.
  3. Mix together and let rest for a couple of minutes.
  4. Drink slowly as the ice is melting.
Notes
Feel free to add powder or vanilla sugar or some coffee syrup.
